Togo’s Eateries Inc. announced today that Lemon Pepper Tuna is back for a limited time and will be available through April 27, 2010. The popular Lemon Pepper Tuna sandwich will be offered on Togo’s new San Francisco-style sourdough bread for $4.99.

Togo’s has brought back the Lemon Pepper Tuna due to many guest requests and those looking for seafood or non-meat alternatives during Lent. The Lemon Pepper Tuna is made with 100 percent Albacore Tuna seasoned with tangy lemon, cracked black pepper, diced celery, and red onion.

“Our Lemon Pepper Tuna continues to be popular with guests and franchisees alike when we bring it back each year,” says Renae Scott, Togo’s vice president of branding and marketing. “This year we are offering the Lemon Pepper Tuna sandwich on our new freshly baked San Francisco-style sourdough bread.”

Togo’s Lemon Pepper Tuna will also mark the debut of the new San Francisco-style sourdough bread. Togo’s uses more than 5 million loaves of bread each year, and now it has added the San Francisco-style sourdough bread to the line up.

Togo’s Lemon Pepper Tuna will be available Wednesday, February 17, through April 27, 2010. Prices may vary by location.
