Togo's Franchisee Opens Second Unit in Eugene, OR

Togo’s Eateries, a “West Coast Original” since 1971, announced the opening of its latest Eugene, Oregon, restaurant.

The new restaurant is owned by local resident and current Togo’s franchisee, John Anderson, who operates another Togo’s restaurant in Eugene.

To celebrate Togo’s latest opening, 50 free, six-inch sandwiches were awarded to Togo’s fans when the restaurant opened for business on March 4.
Additionally, the local community is invited to attend the official grand-opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Anderson’s two Eugene restaurants on Saturday, March 16.

On that day, Togo’s will donate 80 percent of the day’s sales to eight local high schools in the Eugene/Springfield area.

“I am very thankful to our loyal customers for making Togo’s a welcome addition to the community, and am thrilled to be opening our second restaurant,” Anderson says. “As a Eugene native, I am proud to be part of such a dynamic brand that gives back. I hope that local residents will come out to support this great cause for our schools and enjoy our seriously stacked sandwiches.”

Anderson opened his first restaurant in January, and has plans to open two more Togo’s in Eugene over the next several years.
