Togo's Sets Up Shop in Eugene, Oregon

Residents of Eugene, Oregon, now have a new go-to, deli-inspired restaurant serving up big, made-to-order sandwiches stuffed with the freshest ingredients. Togo’s Eateries Inc., a “West Coast Original” since 1971, announces the opening of its first Eugene restaurant located at 954 Pearl Street.

“I am thrilled to bring the first Togo’s location to Eugene and am confident that local residents will become big fans of the brand if they have not already tried our delicious, seriously stacked sandwiches, wraps, salads, and more,” says John Anderson, Togo’s franchisee. “Togo’s is known for providing quality food and a unique deli-style experience, which was something that I wanted to bring to the market.”
 
After years of visiting Togo’s during his college years at Oregon State University and family trips to Southern California, Anderson decided to open his first Togo’s location in his hometown. As the third generation president and co-owner of his family’s truck stop center in Coburg, Oregon, the entrepreneur recognized the value of investing in the Togo’s brand. In addition to his first location, Anderson plans to open a Togo’s at his existing truck stop, along with two other restaurants in the Eugene area.
 
At Togo’s, there is a relentless commitment to using only the freshest, superior-quality ingredients and meats. California avocados are mashed daily, Artisan bread, abundant quantities of lean pastrami, roast beef, turkey, and other premium meats are part of Togo’s exceptional menu and set the brand apart from other sandwich shops.

Recently, Togo’s marked its 40th anniversary with more than 250 locations open on the West Coast of the United States.
