Tokyo Joe's to Bring Asian Cuisine to More People

Larry Leith, founder of Tokyo Joe's, is pleased to announce a partnership with Gridiron Capital LLC, and veteran restaurant executive, Greg MacDonald, to bring healthy, fast-casual modern Asian dining to more people in more locations. The addition of MacDonald's leadership and industry experience to Tokyo Joe's proven model, coupled with Gridiron's track record of building successful businesses, will continue to position the company for tremendous success in the fast casual space.
