Tootie Pie Company announced that it acquired its seventh Tootie Pie Gourmet Cafe location.  It is located in the Village at Allen Shopping Center: 190 Stacy Road; Suite 190, in Allen, a suburb just north of Dallas, TX.   

With the acquisition of this location, the Company now owns and soon will be operating seven Cafes in San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Frisco, TX.  

"This is a perfect example of the kind of location we are looking for: operating or recently operating," says Don Merrill, President & CEO. 

"Allen comes almost completely turn-key; with all the furniture, fixtures and equipment we need. It should only take us about 30 days to open."

"We are actively seeking more locations in upscale communities, especially in the greater Houston and Dallas/Ft. Worth areas," Merrill adds.

"Of our seven current locations, Frisco, Arbor Walk (Austin), Fredericksburg and our original location in San Antonio, came to us as operating or recently operating businesses."

The Village at Allen is a 181-acre mixed-use development at the southeast corner of Stacy Road and US 75, with over 3 million square feet of mixed-use development.
