The Counter, an upstart burger concept, announced that two new franchise partners, Greg Finefrock and Dennis Rohde with G & D Management and sisters Christina and Catyana Azinian of Nevada Counter Inc., will open nine locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas over the next four years.

Greg Finefrock and Dennis Rohde of G&D Management, a California-based operator, will open The Counter West Hollywood location in March 2010, and an additional four units in Los Angeles County planned for 2011 and 2012. Christina and Catyana Azinian will open their first franchise location of The Counter Las Vegas in late 2010 with three more restaurants in the Las Vegas region by 2014.
