Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint is showing customers and dozens of local charity partners the love while introducing its “Love Cookies.” As part of the introduction of the new Love Cookie, Uncle Maddio’s is partnering with local charities and donating ten percent of Love Cookie sales during the month of December.

The Love Cookie is an exclusive recipe, created by Uncle Maddio’s chef Alex Cook. The chocolate chip six-inch cookie is baked-to-order to ensure warm, chewy chocolaty goodness with each bite.

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year to ‘Serve with Love,’” says founder and chief pizza maker Matt Andrew, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint. “Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint and our franchisee partners love helping our local communities. We hope to make a big impact by selling as many Love Cookies as possible, so the donation of 25 cents for every cookie sold system-wide goes a long way in spreading joy this December.”

The 12 Atlanta-area Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint locations will donate their Love Cookie proceeds to Ronald McDonald House, Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, Clifton Sanctuary Ministries Covenant House, the Special Olympics, No Longer Bound, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. Locations in Charlotte, North Carolina; Knoxville, Tennessee; Tallahassee, Florida; and Columbia, South Carolina, have also identified local charities available on the brand’s Facebook page.

Now operating 18 locations since its inception in 2009, Uncle Maddio’s is growing fast as a fast-casual pizza brand. With 165 units in development, Uncle Maddio’s is attracting multiple unit operators due to the pizza and expanding menu of gluten-free options, signature salads, panini sandwiches, and growing dessert menu featuring the new Love Cookie.

Uncle Maddio’s offers a nine-inch individual pizza with up to three toppings, baked in six minutes, for $6.99. Guests choose one of three crusts, traditional, whole wheat or, gluten-free, and have the choice of 48 toppings, six sauces, 27 vegetables, and 15 meats. Guests can also order one of the chain’s chef-prepared pizzas for $7.99, along with “take and bake” options for the Uncle Maddio’s experience at home.
