Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation received two more families for its Latin Initiative. The Osegura and Olague families, with the funding support of The Dream Factory Inc., have committed to opening multiple Unique Pizza and Subs locations in and around the Baldwin Park/Covina California area. Both families have lived, worked, and raised children in this area and have extreme pride and strong ties with their community.

Lisa and Pablo Olague states, “Our family has been waiting for an opportunity like this for a very long time. We are proud to begin this venture with the Osegura family who has been our friends for over 20 years. We want to have the type of establishment where families will come after softball/baseball games, football games, basketball games, etc. Somewhere that our children could work and hangout with friends. I would like to give a special thank you to Ron “Buffy” Watson for helping make our dreams come true.”

Veronica Osegura reflects, “Opening a business has always been a dream for my family and myself. This opportunity will give us a start on a new future. I’m very excited to get started on this new adventure and make all our dreams come true.”

James C. Vowler, president/CEO of UPZS states, “As we stated a few weeks ago we made a commitment to the Latin community to help the next 30 Latin families realize their dreams of owning their own Unique Pizza and Subs location, and now we proudly welcome the next “Dos Familias Latinas” to the UPZS family.”

Garland E. Harris, president/CEO of DRMF comments, “I am truly blessed by the response of the Latin Families to become a part of The Dream Factory’s funding/going public process and the depth of appreciation they have for those who are willing to assist them in making their dreams come true.”
