Villa Enterprises Management Ltd. Inc., a global, multi-concept restaurant operator, celebrated the grand opening of its newest quick-serve concept, Tinta Mexicana, at the Arizona Mills Shopping Center located in Tempe, Arizona.

With decades of experience in the restaurant business and a variety of concepts under Villa Enterprises’ belt, the creation of a Mexican brand continues the expansion of culinary options within the company’s portfolio, providing more opportunity for the company and franchisees alike. In order to meet local tastes, Villa Enterprises collaborated with chef Silvana Salcido Esparza to create a Mexican restaurant experience for the shopping center in order to appeal to local and tourist shoppers from the area.

“We created Tinta specifically for this shopping center to appeal to the community, and what better way than working with a local chef who knows how to cook for the tastes of the area so well,” says Anthony Scotto, CEO of Villa Enterprises Management. “Our ability to create new concepts based on market demand provides us with a unique opportunity to deliver expanded dining options to consumers, and we’re excited to introduce this new concept to the community.”

Tinta’s menu offers a variety of Mexican classics, including build-your-own options that allow guests to choose their style among burritos, tacos, bowls, and tortas. Protein choices include beef, pork, or chicken, and guests can customize with salsas, veggies, and more. The menu also features a number of signature creations, including the Barbacoa Burrito, Tacos de Pina, Pollo Asado Bowl, and the Torta de Tinta, as well as Mexican-inspired hot dogs, grilled corn on the cob, churros, and more.

The newly-renovated food court managed by Villa Enterprises also features the company’s Green Leaf’s, Bananas, South Philly Steaks & Fries, and Far East brands, as well as another concept new to the Villa Enterprises portfolio, Sukotto Japanese Grill, which will offer teriyaki, noodle soups, and sushi. The company will open four additional concepts over the next several months, including its Villa Italian Kitchen and its newer Mo’ Burger concept. Additionally, Villa Enterprises will franchise a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location and will be renovating the entire seating area of the food court.
