Villa Enterprises 'Feeds the Fear'—and Pizza for a Year
Villa Enterprises Management Ltd. Inc., the global multiconcept restaurant franchisor, and AMC announced James Whitbord of Scottsdale, Arizona, as grand prize winner of the Feed The Fear Facebook sweepstakes.
Following a month-long initiative to mark the Halloween premiere of the Golden Globe–nominated AMC original series The Walking Dead, individuals were encouraged to visit FeedTheFear.com for a chance to win free pizza for a year from the Italian restaurant chain along with a MacBook Pro loaded with content from The Walking Dead. In addition, 10 runners-up will receive the first comic book from The Walking Dead series and a Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen Pie Pass.
“We’re always looking for creative ways to reward our customers and were thrilled to partner with AMC to bring the Feed The Fear sweepstakes to our legion of loyal Facebook fans,” says Villa Enterprises chief executive officer Anthony Scotto.
Written, directed, and executive produced by three-time Academy Award–nominee Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile), The Walking Dead is based on Robert Kirkman’s popular comic book series and was recently nominated for a Golden Globe Award in the Best TV Series - Drama category.
