Villa Enterprises, a global multi-brand restaurant operator and franchisor, announced it has opened two more of its quick-service restaurant brands, Green Leaf’s and Bananas, at Pittsburgh’s Ross Park Mall. The company will also open its newly renovated Villa Italian Kitchen concept that has been in the food court since 1997.

“Our Villa Italian Kitchen concept has been in the food court for several years, and we’re excited for the opportunity to introduce more of our restaurant brands to shoppers,” says Adam Torine, senior vice president of business development at Villa Enterprises Management. “More and more people are looking for healthier options in the food court, and we’re confident that Green Leaf’s and Bananas will be great additions, offering shoppers a variety of delicious, better-for-you options.”

Green Leaf’s offers made-to-order tossed salads, wraps, grilled panini sandwiches, and homemade soups. The restaurant’s Pick & Mix salad bar offers options for a fully customized salad. Bananas features smoothies and non-fat frozen yogurt with choices ranging from traditional treats to more health-conscious snack and dessert options.

The newest Green Leaf’s and Bananas location joins nearly 50 corporate and franchise concepts in shopping centers, airports, college campuses, and casinos worldwide. In addition, Villa Enterprises Management currently operates more than 330 concepts across 38 U.S. states, as well as in Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and nine additional countries.
