WFF Partners Up with People Report

The Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) is pleased to announce a new partnership with People Report & Black Box Intelligence, the leading provider of comprehensive business insights for the foodservice industry.

Their work is focused on the intersection of human and financial capital, and helping companies to succeed in the workplace and the marketplace. Their unique and timely dashboards and reports provide actionable benchmarks and insights in key performance metrics including sales, traffic, diversity, talent acquisition, talent management, demographics, total rewards, and productivity.

As the premiere leadership development organization in the foodservice industry, WFF looks forward to using this strategic alliance in support of efforts to advance women leaders. “We look forward to finding ways that People Report’s insights, research, and thought leadership can support our bold goal of building a community of 100,000 mentors, advocates, and sponsors for women," says Fritzi Woods, president and CEO.

"As a company passionate about developing our industry’s future leaders, we are absolutely delighted to formalize our alliance with the Women's Foodservice Forum,” says Joni Thomas Doolin, founder and CEO of People Report and principal of Black Box Intelligence.  Doolin’s innovation and thought leadership have helped the industry realize the bottom line impact associated with its greatest asset: people. Her extensive industry and community involvement revolve around her commitment to helping the foodservice industry create vibrant workplaces that support success in the marketplace.

In 2005, Doolin received the prestigious Trailblazer Award from the WFF acknowledging her contributions to the foodservice industry, and her support of the value of diversity in the workplace. People Report’s work has established new standards in best practices, raising the bar for people management, resulting in significant improvement in critical areas including employee retention and composite diversity.
