Just in time for the holidays the 2000 White Castle Crave Time Cook-Off Recipe Booklets are available. The cookbook contains the top ten recipes from the 2000 White Castle Recipe Contest, including the winner, Spicy White Castle Dip, made by Debbie Gardner of Loveland, Ohio. The cookbook also includes all kinds of other recipes for all your gatherings including the famous White Castle Turkey Stuffing.

"We offered the Turkey Stuffing recipe about 11 years ago and people started sending us their recipes using 10 White Castle hamburgers,'' stated Kim Bartley, Vice President of Marketing, Site Development. "It is really fun to make the recipe for your family gathering and not tell anyone what the secret ingredient is and then surprise them...the reactions are priceless,'' continued Bartley.

To get your copy of the 2000 White Castle Crave Time Cook-Off Recipe book, you can call 1-800-THE-CRAVE or log on to www.whatyoucrave.com and ask for your free copy. Copies will also be available at a White Castle near you. Supplies are limited at the restaurants.

White Castle has been serving what people crave since they
opened their doors in 1921. Today, the company operates
348 restaurants in 16 markets, primarily in the Midwest
and Northeast. White Castle owns and operates two meat processing facilities, three bun bakeries, two frozen hamburger plants and three metal fabrication and powder paint processing facilities.
