The results are in! QSR recently received the results of the 2002 drive-thru time study conducted by g3 Mystery Shopping (formerly Sparagowski & Associates), and the winners will be announced in the October issue of the magazine.

Interest in the study is as high as ever, in both industry and consumer circles. On the consumer side, in fact, a supermarket tabloid recently reported the results of the time portion of the 2001 study! However, the story did fail to mention that the data was a year old.

QSR subscribers should look for the 2002 results in their mailboxes during the first week of October.
