Stevi B’s Pizza is expanding further into Florida with three new locations in Central Florida. It is also making its debut in Wisconsin with a future restaurant opening in Appleton.

Area developer Pete Patel will open three new Stevi B’s locations in Central Florida. Patel plans to open in Ocala, Gainesville, and Leesburg due to the overwhelming opportunity for growth in each of these locations. Patel, who has long history of restaurant management and ownership, is currently a franchisee for two IHOP restaurants in Central Florida.

“We are excited to bring three Stevi B’s into Central Florida,” Patel says. “I chose Stevi B’s because the restaurant has great potential for growth and with my passion for the restaurant business, I believe the concept will be a great place for families to come to dine and have fun in Central Florida.”

In addition, franchisees Jason and Kelly Buchinger will be opening a new Stevi B’s in Appleton, Wisconsin, in summer of 2010. It will be the first Stevi B’s Pizza in Wisconsin. The Buchingers chose to open a Stevi B’s because they feel that it is a great family concept, and the perfect restaurant for Wisconsin, where they grew up in and now call home.

“We are excited about the expansion of Stevi B’s Pizza into Central Florida and Wisconsin,” says Melissa McFarlin, director of franchise sales and development for Stevi B’s. “As we move into 2010, we are striving to pursue more ‘A’ real estate to reflect the higher quality product we serve and by developing Stevi B’s in Central Florida and Wisconsin, we are able to engage new customers and franchisees in these emerging markets.”
