BKC has dedicated considerable effort to creating a diverse culture in the workplace. In addition, BKC was recently named to the Working Mother 2010 list of the Best Companies for Multicultural Women, which honored 23 companies that are dedicated to bringing more perspectives to the decision-making table by promoting the advancement of multicultural women.
