The agency was honored at McDonald’s annual marketing conference in Chicago on July 29. Fahlgren founder H. Smoot Fahlgren was on hand to accept the award wearing the commemorative 35th anniversary pin designed by McDonald’s.
“Because our relationship began in 1975, the year the Egg McMuffin was launched, we treated our associates to an Egg McMuffin breakfast to celebrate,” says Gary Ramsey, Fahlgren managing partner and McDonald’s account lead. “They really got behind this special occasion, even recording a video chanting the famous line, ‘two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun.’ The video was featured during the national conference in Chicago.”
