Atlanta Bread Ups the Ante on Catering Business

Atlanta Bread introduced a new look and menu options to its catering service. The distinctive name—Pronti—captures Atlanta Bread’s signature international influence and the service promise of ready-to-eat food, morning to night. The roll-out of Pronti marks the next phase of the company’s evolution to the new Atlanta Bread, which features newly renovated stores and service hallmarks to enhance the guest experience.

“The initial rebranding enhanced the restaurant experience by positioning Atlanta Bread as a third home,” says Jerry Couvaras, CEO of Atlanta Bread. “Pronti makes it possible for people to take advantage of the new Atlanta Bread experience at work and in their homes. It extends the restaurant’s atmosphere beyond the storefront.”

In addition to a wide variety of lunch options, breakfast, desserts, and snacks are also available on the new catering menu. The new menu includes items such as the Piccolo Sandwich Selection—an assortment of mini Signature Sandwiches served on fresh-baked breads and the Intermezzo—Asiago Cheese Bagels with Cream Cheese, Sliced Cinnamon Raisin Bread, fresh whole fruit, cookies, and brownies.

Many of Atlanta Bread’s signature options are included in the Pronti menu and are designed specifically for group settings, incorporating flexible options, interesting pairings, and appealing flavor twists. For example, the Crisps N’ Cheese option includes an assortment of Parmesan Bread Crisps, sliced cheeses, and a Sourdough Bread Bowl filled with either a Tangy Dill, Roasted Red Pepper, Sun-dried Tomato Pesto, or Basil Pesto dipping sauce. Soup can now be ordered by the quart, along with gallon size, to encourage mix-and-matching. The Passport to Flavor tray offers an assortment of meat, cheese, condiments, toppings, and fresh-baked breads for people to craft a sandwich to their own personal preferences.
