Effective immediately, the Burger King North America management team will report directly to Malamatinas until a final organizational announcement is made at a later date. Burger King Corporation is part of Diageo [9] (NYSE:DEO), the international food and drinks company, that includes such brands as Pillsbury, Haagen Dazs and Guinness.
