This January, Winners International Restaurants, Inc., formed a partnership with BankBoston Development Company and RTM Restaurant Group in what the company terms an effort to strengthen its ability to grow in the restaurant industry.

With this new partnership, a new board of directors was created consisting of (L-R) J. Russell Welch, senior vice president of RTM; Morgan Hill, president and CEO of Winners International; Fransisco de Jesus, vice president of equity for BBDC; Doug Benham, senior vice president and CFO of RTM; (sitting) Russ Umphenour, president of RTM; and Dan Coleman, director of equity for BBDC.
