Jake’s Wayback Burgers, with 60 open locations, announces that it will be opening in Texas, which marks the 21st state the better burger joint will operate in. Jake’s Wayback Burgers currently operates in 13 states and has already inked deals to open in California, Colorado, Georgia , Michigan, Minnesota, South Carolina, and Virginia.
“Since we opened the doors to our first franchised location in 2008, we were confident that our concept, premium product offering, and diverse menu would have nationwide demand,” says John Eucalitto, president, Jake’s Franchising LLC. “Opening in these new markets not only provides growth, but gives us the opportunity to seek multi-unit operators because since our infrastructure is established to support the growth, we can support multi-unit operators for traditional and non-traditional locations.”
Additionally, Jake’s Wayback Burgers opened the doors to its first West Coast location in Eugene, Oregon on October 1, 2012 and will be opening in Santa Ana, California and Medford, Oregon in early January 2013. On the East Coast, Jake’s Wayback Burgers recently opened in Salem, New Hampshire; Voorhees, New Jersey; Watertown, New York; Yorktown Heights, New York; and Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
Jake’s Wayback Burgers serves burgers, hand-pattied from 100 percent fresh, never frozen ground beef and cooked to order. The restaurant offers rich, thick milkshakes made the old-fashioned way by hand, using only fresh milk and hand-dipped ice cream. Jake’s Wayback Burgers offers menu items such as, marinated grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, salads, and house-made chips, as well as the famous Burger and Shake of the Month. For the month of November, the Burger of the Month is the Turkey Dinner Burger – turkey patty topped with cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo – and the Milkshake of the Month is the Pumpkin Pie Milkshake.
