Rhoads comes back to NECG from a global career in marketing and sales management with extensive experience in health care, high tech, and consumer goods. He has a strong track record of building businesses, working directly with C-level management of Fortune 500 and mid-level companies in all aspects of marketing, sales, and growth.
Ed specializes in the health care industry and has worked with many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and medical products companies. He has developed successful marketing and sales programs in brand positioning, product innovation, RX-to OTC switch and DTC/DTP, among others.
Beyond healthcare, Ed also consults for leading private equity companies in areas such as due diligence, growth management, and portfolio optimization, and for consumer goods and services companies in marketing and sales management.
Prior to joining the New England Consulting Group, Ed worked at Galen Partners, Catalina Marketing, The Wilkerson Group (now IBM Consulting), and Merck. He is a graduate (MBA) of the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
