MonkeyMedia Software, a provider of complete catering solutions for multi-unit restaurant operators, announces that Mitra QSR, a KFC franchisee, has selected MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering to enable end-to-end visibility and control over the company’s catering business.
Mitra QSR will deploy MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering as a technology tool to support Strategic Alignment and Education programs set out by the MonkeyMedia Software team. The organization will utilize CEO, Erle Dardick’s, book “Get Catering and Grow Sales!” as a compass for moving forward with catering and off-premise programs within the Mitra QSR system.
MonkeyCatering and MonkeyOnlineOrdering will allow Mitra QSR’s existing IT infrastructure within its KFC locations to benefit from powerful, real-time reporting. Additionally, stores will gain valuable insight into business intelligence, including up-to-date sales figures, customer ordering behavior, promotional performance, and other important data.
