Litchfield Research obtained opt-in e-mail lists of consumers with a geographically random distribution across the United States. Invitations were sent to over 100,000 unique e-mail addresses. The invitation contained a link to a web-based survey form. Reminders were sent to non-responders. Upon completion of the survey, respondents were given the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of ten $50 American Express gift cards. Winners were randomly selected by Litchfield Research. |
