This Electronic Record keeping training will offer clear, simple methods to maintain compliance with electronic signatures and record keeping.
Any food, dairy, or beverage facility that keeps compliance records electronically must follow 21 CFR Part 11. Yet, the electronic signature and record keeping regulation is confusing and typically expensive to follow. Inspectors and ratings officers aren't a lot of help in establishing good practices. Software companies and consultants give varying opinions depending on the products and services they represent. This presentation will offer clear, simple methods to maintain compliance with electronic signatures and record keeping. It is presented by the individual that the Grade A branch of the FDA asked to write the clarification of this regulation.
