Associate Editor of QSR magazine, Blair Chancey, took a few moments to interview some of the executive attendees of the 2008 Dine America conference.

The first interview is with Mick Rynning, President of Ellianos Coffee Company, an 8 unit coffee company based in Florida. The second is with Tom Mears, Chairman and CEO of The Holland Co., the company that founded and owns the Burgerville chain in the Northwest.
