Roy Rogers Inks Deal for NJ

Roy Rogers Restaurants signed a development agreement with an area franchise group led by Dipen Desai. Desai, a seasoned restaurant operator of numerous franchised brands including Taco Bell and Dunkin’ Donuts, plans to develop 4 restaurants across Bergen and Essex Counties in northern New Jersey. The first Roy Rogers restaurant is projected to open in 2016.

Roy Rogers Engage Guests with Punchh Loyalty App

Punchh, a brand-centric mobile customer relationship management platform for restaurants, was tapped by Roy Rogers Restaurants to create a mobile loyalty app and CRM platform for the chain. Scheduled to debut this fall at its 22 corporate locations, the restaurant brand aims to engage guests with a new frequency-based loyalty program that will further drive brand awareness through word of mouth over social media and acquire new customers through referrals.

Roy Rogers Expands New Jersey Presence

Roy Rogers Restaurants signed a franchise agreement with Ed Abramson for a new location in Brick, New Jersey. The Brick Roy Rogers is projected to open in early 2015, marking the franchisee’s second restaurant opening in the Ocean County market. Abramson is the owner and operator of the Roys location in Pine Beach, New Jersey, open since 1994.     

Roy Rogers Brings Back Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Roy Rogers has announced the slow-roasted Pulled Pork Sandwich, which will be available at participating restaurants now through the end of July.

“The Pulled Pork Sandwich has been a classic summer favorite at our restaurants for a few years,” says Carrie Isabell, Director of Marketing at Roy Rogers Restaurants. “However, this summer, Roys offers customers the added benefit of saucing pulled pork sandwiches to their liking at our Fixin’s Bar. Customers always enjoy making sandwiches their own at Roys, and will be able to do the same with our pulled pork.” 

Roy Rogers Announces Return of Icelandic Cod Fillet

Roy Rogers announced the return of a fan favorite, the Premium Icelandic Cod Fish Fillet.

Customers can enjoy the flaky fish on a warm Kaiser roll topped with tartar sauce. They also can double the order with the Fish & Chips platter served with two fillets, cole slaw, and french fries.
