Veggie Grill Welcomes New COO

Veggie Grill, the fast-casual restaurant concept known for preparing veggies in innovative ways, today announced the appointment of Steve Heeley as chief operating officer. Heeley joins Veggie Grill from Florida-based Earl of Sandwich, where he was CEO. Steve will add leadership for the company’s continued growth outside of its California and West Coast markets, having been CEO or COO of four different restaurant brands, including top posts at fast-casual restaurants Au Bon Pain and Baja Fresh. He will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Greg Dollarhyde.

Veggie Grill Opens Doors to 26th Restaurant

Veggie Grill, a fast-casual brand committed to moving vegetables, grains, and fruits to the center of customers’ plates, announced the opening of its newest location in Corte Madera, California.

To celebrate the grand opening of its 26th location, Veggie Grill will be giving away $50 Gift Cards on opening day, September 8, at 11 a.m. to the first 50 guests in line at its Town Center Corte Madera restaurant.

Veggie Grill Goes Mobile with New Rewards Program

Veggie Grill, the West Coast fast-casual concept known for its vegetarian food, launched a loyalty-based mobile app to reward guests for dining with Veggie Grill.  The “Veggie Grill Love” mobile app is available for download with both Android and iPhone operating systems and rewards members on a point system towards earning free food. 

Veggie Grill Rolls Out Winter Menu

Veggie Grill, the West Coast fast-casual vegetarian concept, launched a new winter menu with herb-roasted vegetables and new, lower-priced options. Always focused on a craveable and healthy approach to recipes, Veggie Grill’s new additions feature two new menu items in the popular bowl format: the Harvest and the Bombay. Inspired by the season and with an eye to unique flavors, these are a first for Veggie Grill and use a combination of seasonal vegetables, super grains such as millet and buckwheat, and steamed kale with sauces.

Veggie Grill Plants Roots in Ventura

Veggie Grill, the West Coast fast-casual concept, announced it will open its first restaurant in Ventura County on Wednesday, October 30.

In celebration of Veggie Grill’s arrival to Westlake Village, the restaurant will reward the first 50 guests in line between 10 and 11 a.m. on opening day with a $20 Veggie Grill gift card. Additionally, 10 of those guests chosen at random will win Veggie Grill for a year.

Their 20th location will be unwrapped at Westfield UTC in La Jolla where Veggie Grill will serve its craveable, 100-percent plant-based American favorites, providing dishes that are wholesome, convenient, and affordable.
