The new Costa Vida location will be the second opening in the Reno area by owner Gary Moore, and the first Costa Vida in Sparks.

As Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill continues to gain popularity across regions of the United States, the Mexican grill attracted the attention of 2015 State Senator, Michael Williams and his brother Donald Williams, both franchise industry veterans. Proponents for American small business, the brothers signed an area development agreement with Salt Lake City-based Costa Vida for the state of Georgia, beginning with eight locations in the greater Atlanta area, the first of which will open in Cumming on October 13.
Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with the opening of its flagship location in Lehi, Utah. The 35th Costa Vida location in Utah will open its doors on Monday, May 5.
Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill opens its third location in Colorado on Monday, April 14, 2014. Grand Junction will welcome the first Costa Vida restaurant to the area, opening its doors at 2430 Patterson Road.
In celebration of the opening, Costa Vida is inviting the local community to attend the grand opening event starting at 11 a.m. on April 14. The first 30 guests to arrive at the new location on opening day will receive a free Costa Vida entrée every month for one year. The next 30 guests in line at the opening will receive a free entrée.
Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill announced the opening of its fifth location in Washington on Monday, March 17. The Queensgate area will welcome the new restaurant at 3015 Duportail Street in Richland.

Just months after its entrance into the state, Costa Vida has announced the planned opening of its second location in Nevada. The new restaurant will open on Wednesday, February 26, and be located at 4965 Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada.
