Pancheros Unveils Desburrito BBQ Sauce

Pancheros Mexican Grill, a fast-casual Mexican franchise, introduced the smoky, southwest-inspired Desburrito BBQ Sauce for all those “desperado” for a new tasty burrito this summer. The special LTO sauce will be available from July 7–August 18 at all Pancheros locations for an additional charge of just $1.

The Desburrito BBQ Sauce’s bold flavor pairs with Pancheros’ burritos, quesadillas, tacos, burrito bowls, and salads. Pancheros recommends an ideal burrito pairing made with pork carnitas, rice, pinto beans, corn salsa, jalapenos, and the Desburrito BBQ Sauce.

Pancheros Lands in Jupiter, Florida

Pancheros Mexican Grill opens the doors to its newest location in Jupiter, Florida.

To celebrate the new restaurant, the location will be offering guests $1 burritos next week on Tuesday, June 17, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The menu offers a wide variety of selections from burritos to quesadillas. Fans can customize their order with either of Pancheros’ proprietary hot sauces, Flavocano that incorporates seven different peppers, or Greenade.

Operators: Is Winter Over Yet?

As winter storms continue to wreak havoc in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast U.S., a bleak sales picture among limited-service restaurants is starting to emerge.

Foodservice sales in the regions most affected by snow and ice storms dropped between 7 and 8 percent in January and February, according to foodservice consulting firm Technomic. National foodservice sales declined between 3 and 4 percent overall as a result.

Pancheros Gears Up for Growth in 2014

Contributing to a system-wide sales volume increase of 17.2 percent, Pancheros broke ground in new and current markets, including Missouri, Iowa, New Jersey, and Illinois.
