USHFC Honors Guckenheimer Cafés with REAL Certification

The United States Healthful Food Council (USHFC) announced that four Guckenheimer cafés are the first contract foodservice operations in the nation to achieve REAL Certification. The announcement, which concludes a six-month pilot program, was revealed at the first annual Menus of Change leadership summit, co-presented by The Culinary Institute of America and Harvard School of Public Health in Boston.


Guckenheimer Welcomes New CEO and COO Randall Boyd

Guckenheimer, the San Francisco Bay Area-based foodservice company that pioneered restaurant style dining and innovative nutrition programs for the corporate market, names Randall Boyd as CEO and chief operating officer. Boyd succeeds co-founder Jeanie Ritchie, who will continue to serve as executive chairman of the board.
