Potbelly Appoints Industry Vet Adam Noyes Chief Operations Officer
Potbelly announced Tuesday the appointment of Adam Noyes as the company’s Chief Operations Officer, effective as of August 28.
The brand’s permanent closure list now includes 50 stores, down from 100.
The company's weekly cash burn has been cut by 75 percent.
CFO said stores were not profitable prior to pandemic.
The company said it would seek alternatives to support employees.
