Gallant Building Solutions has been awarded the general contract for the construction of a 2,900 square-foot ground-up White Castle restaurant located in Elk Grove, Illinois. The free standing fast food chain will replace an existing eatery and will feature a drive-thru and an underground detention system. Construction is slated for completion in early 2012.
