Genghis Grill, the build-your-own stir fry brand, is introducing the Legendary Sesame Burger, Combat Burger, and Korean Chili Seared Salmon, which will join the existing appetizers, salads, and build-your-own-bowl options on the Genghis Grill menu.
Each entree is influenced by signature Pan-Asian flavors. The new menu items include:
Legendary Sesame Burger: topped with crispy bacon, melted cheese, pickled red cabbage and cucumbers, house-made Korean chili “ketchup,” and mustard sesame sauce, all served on a Brioche bun with a side of Pan-Asian slaw.
Combat Burger: loaded with grilled onions and peppers, melted cheese, pickled red cabbage, wonton strips, and a creamy Korean chili sauce, served on a Brioche bun with Pan-Asian slaw.
Korean Chili Seared Salmon: fresh salmon seared to perfection and drizzled with a house-made spicy Korean chili sauce, served on a bed of crispy bacon fried rice with baby spinach, mushrooms, green onions, and mustard-sesame sauce.
“Our guests have come to adore our customizable stir fry options,” says Liz Jones, marketing director for Genghis Grill. “Now, we’re giving them three more reasons to dine with us, different menu items that boast the same irresistible flavors they love in an innovative way.”
Genghis Grill also recently launched an online ordering system that is now available in nearly every restaurant location across the country. All of the brand’s signature recipes are offered for online ordering, including the three new entrees.
