On October 10, Newk’s Eatery will be moving onto the Palm Beach dining scene. Opening in Palm Beach Gardens’ Legacy Place, the area’s first Newk’s restaurant will showcase the brand’s signature fresh ingredients, made-from-scratch menu and Southern-inspired hospitality.

“At Newk’s Eatery, we’re all about creating a food experience for our guests that’s truly exceptional—with the kind of bold flavors, freshness and creativity in the kitchen that are not typically found in fast-casual restaurants,” says Pat Tracy, Newk’s Eatery franchisee. “This is a brand we really believe will resonate with local diners, and we’re looking forward to Newk’s becoming a part of the dining scene here.”

At Monday’s grand opening, the first 50 guests to walk through the doors at 11 a.m. will be guaranteed their fill of Newk’s flavors with a complimentary $100 gift card, along with a gift package stocked full of Newk’s premium prizes. The next 50 guests in line will also walk away with a variety of select Newk’s gift items.

Located at 11345 Legacy Place Avenue, Palm Beach Gardens’ Newk’s Eatery will open across the street from the Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens. The new restaurant will offer indoor and patio dining for 140 guests in its 4,600 square-foot space. Additionally, Newk’s will provide roughly 50 job opportunities for local applicants and will be open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.

This will be the first of 10 Newk’s Eateries planned for Southeastern Florida by Pat Tracy and his team of seasoned restaurateurs with local ties and a feel for local flavor—consisting of his father Tom and brothers Matt and Ryan. Prior to Newk’s, the Tracy family opened the first Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurants in Palm Beach County, going on to franchise eight Five Guys locations in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. They have since also opened an independent American-fare restaurant concept, Red’s Table, in Virginia.

Sourcing the finest, freshest ingredients—including imported cheeses and prime meats, hand-chopped seasonal vegetables and homemade dressings—Newk’s guarantees every meal is served fresh and fast. The restaurant handcrafts each of its fresh-tossed salads, artisan pizzas, hot-toasted sandwiches, kettle batch soups and scratch-made desserts in its signature open-view kitchens, drawing from the family recipes of its founding family, the Newcombs.

The Jackson, Mississippi-based Newk’s Eatery currently has 103 locations in 13 states and plans to expand to more than 200 units by 2019.
