Krispy Kreme Doughnuts announced the company will once again partner with The Salvation Army throughout the holiday season. Participating shops in the U.S. and Canada will support The Salvation Army’s efforts by encouraging guests to donate to an in-shop Red Kettle now through December 24.

“The holiday season is a time for giving back, and sharing both warmth and joy throughout the community,” says Jackie Woodward, chief marketing officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. “We have partnered with The Salvation for several years, and we are thrilled to again join them in their efforts to do good for our neighbors, especially during such a special season.”

Donations made at participating shops will stay within the local area, ensuring that Krispy Kreme’s guests are donating to their area Salvation Army chapter.

“The Red Kettle Campaign is our most crucial fundraising period because the donations we receive help set us up for success all year long,” says Lt. Col. Ron Busroe, national community relations and development secretary for The Salvation Army. “Having the support of partners like Krispy Kreme allows us to continue to serve more than 25 million people each year and strive to make sure their basic needs are met.”
