Qdoba Mexican Eats is announcing plans to roll out a new, craveable Queso variety every single month in 2017.

Kicking off the program is January’s indulgent flavor—Bacon Cheeseburger Queso, which is available now. This variety blends the smoky and savory flavors of bacon and beef with Qdoba’s beloved 3-Cheese Queso, resulting in an epic flavor mashup. Like all Queso options at Qdoba, guests can add the new flavor to any of their favorite entrées, like burritos, bowls, nachos, quesadillas and Loaded Tortilla Soup for no additional charge, as well as scoop up a side of chips with the warm comfort dip.

“We’re known amongst our fans as the ‘Home of Queso’—a reputation we take seriously,” says Jeffrey Van Hanswyk, director of culinary & menu innovation at Qdoba. “No one does Queso quite like Qdoba, and we challenged our culinary team to take it a step further by combining unlikely flavors to create surprising twists.”

Qdoba became the Queso expert with its first and most famous flavor, 3-Cheese Queso. The goodness only gets better with the Queso of the Month menu, surprising guests with a new craveable Queso flavor every month. After extending the line this month with Bacon Cheeseburger Queso, Qdoba plans to introduce guests to Beer Cheese Queso in February. Each new flavor will debut at participating restaurants on the first of every month and remain on the menu for a limited time. With new Queso mashups that are bolder than ever, fans will want to taste the flavors before they are gone.
