On Monday, all locations of the nationally recognized barbecue restaurant, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, will debut a new signature offering on the lunch and dinner menus: BBQ Bowls. Guests will now be able to enjoy a taste of Dinosaur’s signature low-and-slow ‘que and homemade sides in a lighter, more transportable format.

The Black & White bowl is served with black-eyed peas and rice, while the Sweet & Green bowl features whipped sweet potatoes and simmered collard greens. Both bowls come with your choice of BBQ Pulled Pork, BBQ Beef Brisket, or BBQ Pulled Chicken, as well as mixed salad, a Creole deviled egg and grilled cornbread. Dinosaur Bar-B-Que will also be adding an all-day “Bowl & Soup Combo” special, which includes a cup of Dinosaur’s homemade soup of the day for a set price.
