With one in five Americans working mostly nonstandard hours—nights, weekends, or rotating shifts —according to several national studies and sources including Newsweek, the Dairy Queen brand is expanding the traditional lunch hour by serving up the $5 Buck Lunch value menu all day, every day.

“The 9-to-5 workday is a thing of the past, and the traditional midday lunch hour is vanishing,” says Barry Westrum, executive vice president of marketing for American Dairy Queen Corporation (ADQ). “It’s time to give all Americans the opportunity to enjoy the best lunch value meal on their time. Served with a world-famous DQ Sundae, we have the sweetest invitation to enjoy the $5 Buck Lunch value meal in the afternoon, evening, or late night.”

Launched in 2013, it’s a generous value meal offering fans the choice of the 3-Piece Chicken Strip or Deluxe Cheeseburger entrée served with crispy fries and a 21-ounce beverage, finished off with a world-famous DQ Sundae. Additionally, the DQ brand continually innovates the $5 Buck Lunch value meal adding limited time, premium entrée offerings throughout the year.

The $5 Buck Lunch All-Day value meal is available at participating DQ and DQ Grill & Chill locations.
