Fuzzy’s Taco Shop presents the much-anticipated return of three past limited time offers: Jalapeño-Cilantro Queso, Jalapeño Bottle Caps and Burrito Bowls. All three dishes will return on May 1 and will remain permanently on the menu at all Fuzzy’s locations. Prices for each item will vary by location.
Fuzzy’s fans can rejoice with the return of the popular Jalapeño-Cilantro Queso, made from Fuzzy’s famous queso, spiced up with jalapeño and cilantro.
The Jalapeño Bottle Caps, another guest favorite, are prepared with crisp jalapeño slices which are battered, fried and topped with Fuzzy Dust, then served with the house-made avocado ranch dressing. This dish is a perfect combination of southern comfort food with a spicy Tex-Mex twist.
Lastly, Fuzzy’s Burrito Bowls are back and here to stay. The much-requested dish is prepared with the guest’s choice of fajita chicken, fajita beef, or grilled veggies on a bed of cilantro-lime rice and black beans, topped with guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce and cilantro. For a mouthwatering pairing, the chicken is drizzled with salsa and the beef and veggies are coated with spicy chimichurri. This unique and healthy twist on a burrito is the ideal way to welcome the summer.
“The return of these three menu items is a tribute to the feedback we received from our Fuzzy’s fans and guests,” says Mel Knight, president of Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. “They spoke and we definitely listened. All three dishes are unique, craveable and perfectly complement and support the existing menu.”
Diners can also enjoy Fuzzy’s Taco Shop’s signature Baja Tacos, served on the guests’ choice of a soft or crispy shell, and prepared with the diner’s choice of protein including chicken, brisket, ground beef, pork, veggies, grilled or tempura fish, grilled or tempura shrimp, fajita chicken, or fajita beef, and topped with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro and feta. Guests can also choose from jumbo burritos, salads, nachos, quesadillas and sandwiches. For a more traditional Mexican dinner, look to one of the enchilada, fajita or combo plates, also customizable with choice of protein.
Additionally, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop’s 100-plus locations serve breakfast all day long, offering a robust selection that includes breakfast tacos and jumbo burritos (guests can choose from eggs, bacon, cheese, potatoes, chorizo and shrimp) as well as the brand’s “breakfast favorites”, including huevos rancheros, migas, chilaquiles, and the breakfast taco plate (all served with Latin-fried potatoes and refried beans), or the signature Big Fuzz Breakfast Sandwich, which is a meal in itself!
Entrees are complimented by starters, including chips paired with queso, fire-roasted salsa, or guacamole, and essential sides such as black beans with pico de gallo, mix-mex fried rice, cilantro-lime rice, Latin-fried potatoes, Borracho beans, and refried beans.
