Available starting Tuesday at all PizzaRev locations, the new Thai Chicken pizza features two distinct flavors and ingredients new to the Craft Your Own restaurant’s menu: Thai sizzle sauce & sweet chili chicken.

Guests can choose to build their Thai Chicken pizza on one of three crust options: Signature Thin, Double Dough, or gluten-free. The base of the pizza is Thai sizzle sauce, an authentic Southeast Asian sauce with strong notes of garlic, onion and cilantro. For added flavor and heat, PizzaRev’s all-natural chicken is tossed in a sauce made from red sweet chilies and chili flakes. In addition to the two new ingredients, the new Seasonal Special pizza is crafted using mozzarella with buffalo milk, freshly chopped green onions and cilantro and shredded carrots.

While the Thai Chicken pizza is available at PizzaRev restaurants, guests may also choose to add the Thai sizzle sauce or sweet chili chicken to any Craft Your Own pizza. The pizza crafting process starts with a choice of homemade dough and four signature sauce options, including original or spicy organic tomato, alfredo, and a spicy-sweet BBQ. Guests top off their pizzas by choosing from 30+ all-natural cheeses, protein and veggie toppings. Each pizza is fired to a perfect, Roman-style crispiness in less than three minutes in PizzaRev’s 900-degree stone-bed oven.
