Corner Bakery Cafe Introduces Fresh Flavors Menu for Summer

April showers bring May flowers and with the emergence of warmer weather, gardens are flourishing with an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables. To celebrate the season’s garden-fresh produce, Corner Bakery Cafe is introducing a new Fresh Flavors menu that embraces light and airy flavors and is available now through September 4.

The new Berry Pecan Salad is a crisp, refreshing mixed greens salad topped with all natural chicken, fresh strawberries and blueberries, blue cheese crumbles and candied pecans, and served with strawberry vinaigrette dressing.

Deliciously layered with all natural chicken, smoked bacon, fresh avocado, tomato slices, leaf lettuce, cheddar and Swiss cheese slices, the Chicken Bacon Avocado Club sandwich is served with mayonnaise and on whole grain harvest bread. Traditionally plated with a pickle and side choice of bakery chips or carrots, the club is also featured as part of Corner Bakery Cafe’s Choose Any Two option and pairs nicely with the Berry Pecan Salad.

The Choose Any Two option allows guests to enjoy two menu favorites at a great value, resulting in over a thousand combinations of half sandwiches or paninis, grilled flats, cafe handcrafted pastas, cafe fresh salads or a cup of soup.

In addition to the two new items available on the Fresh Flavors menu, Corner Bakery Cafe invites guests to try other fresh favorites like the Berry Almond Swiss Oats or Anaheim Panini for breakfast and the Sweet & Tangy Lemon Bar for a zesty finish. No matter the meal, Corner Bakery Cafe is passionate about the food it creates and serves to guests.
