Muscle Maker, Inc seeks to raise up to $19,999,998 in its Initial Public Offering (IPO) under Regulation A+ of the JOBS Act. In succession and subject to New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) requirements, the Company plans to list its securities on the NYSE American under the ticker “MMB.” Muscle Maker, Inc intends to use the proceeds from the offering to fund domestic and international expansion, working capital and other general corporate purposes.
