Continuing its bowl format menu offerings, Luna Grill is launching the new limited time “Better Beet Bowl” at all 40 locations in California and Texas on November 20.

Perfect for diners seeking a lighter, healthier meal, the Better Beet Bowl ($8.25) features Organic Spring Mix, Beets, Roasted Yellow Tomatoes, Basil, Feta, Almonds and Signature House Dressing. “High in antioxidants and known inflammation fighters, beets are a wonderful super food to incorporate into your diet,” said Luna Grill Co-Founder and Chief Cuisine Officer Maria Pourteymour. “Rich in nitric oxide, beets boost oxygen supplies to both the brain and body, enhancing cardiovascular performance while also boosting memory, mood and attention,” she added.

Earlier this year Luna Grill introduced the “El Greco Street Bowl” limited time offering, pairing traditional Mediterranean flavors with a south of the border-inspired spiciness. “We are constantly looking for new ways to introduce fresh, real food and Mediterranean flavor variations for our guests,” said Pourteymour. “Bowl meal options are a great choice for diners looking for different portion sizes: This fall we are pairing the zesty tang of feta cheese with seasonal vegetables such as beets and roasted yellow tomatoes for a new twist.”
