A new PizzaFire is opening Thursday on Alpha Drive in Ohio’s Highland Heights. The official PizzaFire Grand Opening Celebration will happen on Saturday, December 9, from 11am to 10pm. The first 500 to enter on this Saturday will receive a free pizza with up to three toppings when they follow or like on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
PizzaFire restaurants were first launched in 2014 by world pizza champion and renowned chef CEO & Co-Founder Sean Brauser along with world-class pizza chef Bruno DiFabio—winner of “The 2014 World’s Best Pizza” contest in Italy. Both award-winning chefs have teamed together to lead the revolution to redefine how pizza is made with their rapidly growing concept.
PizzaFire serves handcrafted Neapolitan pizzas built right in front of you with your choice of premium cheeses, hand cut fresh veggies, organic produce grown hydroponically inside the restaurant, artisan GMO-free meats, and sauces made from scratch.
It’s all about “Fast and Fresh” at PizzaFire. Search all you want, you won’t find a fryer, freezer or microwave. What you will find are 40 different fresh toppings, 6 different sauces, five different cheeses, and flavor combinations you won’t find anywhere else. Watch as your pizza is built just for you, just the way you want it, by your very own personal PizzaFire chef. It then goes into the 800-degree oven where it is fire-baked for 180 seconds.
