RedBrick Pizza Kitchen Café, known for its fire-roasted gourmet pizza, salads, and Italian specialties, has chosen North Brunswick, New Jersey, for the grand opening of its newest location and the debut of a new store design for the growing franchise chain. The restaurant, located at 754 Shoppes Blvd., North Brunswick, N.J., opened its doors on December 18th.
The restaurant is operated by Shivam J. Patel & Saad K. Farooq and marks the first RedBrick Pizza location in New Jersey. The two Rutgers grads said they were looking to bring something more high quality to their hometown and RedBrick Pizza was the answer for their community.
“With our location close to Rutgers University, it’s the ideal location for a RedBrick Pizza Kitchen Café,” says Patel. “This is exactly what we would have wanted when we were in school, and now we’re making it happen for the community by serving high-quality, fresh pizza to the students and families in the area.”
RedBrick gourmet pizza is made with hand-crafted organic dough made fresh daily, organic red sauce and premium toppings, and fire-roasted in a 1000-degree oven to create a superior pizza with a delicate golden crust.
In addition to brick oven pizzas, RedBrick Pizza also serves fresh salad; Fhazani, a fire-roasted flatbread sandwich unique to RedBrick; gelato and Bhrazani, a fire-roasted brownie topped with gelato. The restaurant also offers a separate gluten-free menu.

The 2,250 square-foot restaurant interior features a vibrant new design for the chain with a contemporary, streamlined look, a state-of-the-art pizza oven and comfortable seating for 46 guests with an additional 8-10 outside in the spring. Customers will be able to walk through the line and “build their own” pizza or order one of RedBrick signature pizza recipes.
