McDonald’s Buttermilk Crispy Tenders returned just in time for the New Year. Announced December 28 on social media, the fast-food chain made good on its promise to bring back the popular item after it was removed temporarily due to supply issues in November.

McDonald’s Buttermilk Crispy Tenders first hit menus nationwide September 27. “Because demand far surpassed our expectations, we will soon take a brief break from serving them at our restaurants. By the end of next month, however, our craveable and delicious tenders will be back and available for everyone’s enjoyment,” McDonald’s told Business Insider at the time.

They’re made with 100 percent white meat chicken and no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives. McDonald’s released a new sweet and tangy Signature Sauce to accompany the item, which comes in four-, six-, and 10-piece offerings.
