Panda Express, America’s favorite Chinese kitchen, introduced 8 Treasure Chicken Breast, a new better-for-you savory dish created in celebration of the Chinese New Year taking place on Friday, February 16. The festive entree features a wealth of eight quality ingredients, including fermented black beans and Chinese sausage, combined to produce an American Chinese dish that’s rich in flavor and symbolizes good fortune for the year ahead.

Influenced by the bold flavors of Panda Express’ Chinese heritage, the restaurant’s skilled chefs wok-toss together thin strips of juicy all-white meat chicken breast, diced Chinese sausage, red and green bell peppers, celery, fermented black beans, and whole dry chili peppers with a rich, spicy, and savory sauce.

As the purveyor of authentically Chinese inspired food, Panda Express’ colorful new menu item pays homage to dishes from both the Sichuan and Shanghai regions of China, incorporating traditional ingredients for distinct flavor, tailored to appeal to the tastes of American guests.
