Sweetfin Poke and acclaimed Chef Dakota Weiss have teamed up with talented singer, songwriter, and long-time ‘Sweetfan’, BØRNS, to come up with an exclusive, unique poke bowl inspired by his latest album, Blue Madonna (which came out January 12. The result: a bowl that highlights some of BØRNS’ favorite Sweetfin toppings, seasonal vegetables and sauces all crafted by Chef Weiss exclusively for the Blue Madonna bowl, which launched January 15 and is available through February 28 at all Los Angeles Sweetfin locations.
Described as from “the garden of Eden,” the bowl contains unique flavors and ingredients such as golden beets, golden edamame shoots, Green Dragon apples, forbidden rice and a Forest Berry Anise Ponzu sauce to complement the sustainably caught Albacore. The bowl is topped with a curry toasted almond for a little kick of spice, and garnished with a blue Borage blossom.
This is Sweetfin’s very first collaboration with a musician.
The item is available through February 28 at all Los Angeles Sweetfin locations ($13.95).
