PACO Collective is joining forces with Pork & Mindy’s to create memorable moments surrounding food, music, and art across Chicagoland and nationwide.

Pork and Mindy’s is a Creative BBQ concept with a host of offerings including a line of high-quality, slow-smoked meats, barbecue sauces, and “sangwiches”—all of which are offered in their restaurants and food hall locations throughout Chicago and Minneapolis. A rigorous growth strategy is also in the works with restaurants opening in several markets across Chicagoland in addition to Denver over the next few months. Their retail range is also set to soon launch in grocery stores both locally and nationwide. Founders Kevin Corsello, who serves as CEO, and Executive Chef and Food Network Star Jeff Mauro believe their fast-casual restaurant concept is a perfect place to bring people together and give them something better. With this partnership PACO is consulting on creative advertising, public relations, and overall strategy for the thriving brand.
